How do I place an order?
Add your plants to the cart and, in “Your cart” (see here), choose where we deliver it and send the order on WhatsApp. You can also use “Order on WhatsApp” on each plant page or the order form (see here). Catalog prices are for reference: we reply with the final price, availability and how you'll receive it.
Do you design patios and gardens?
Yes. An outdoor designer suggests which plants to use and where to put them, and we also reorganize gardens you already have. Request your proposal on the services page (see here).
Do you sell lawn grass?
Yes. Calculate your yard's square meters and get a quote on the lawn grass page (see here). We reply on WhatsApp with the types available and the price.
Are catalog prices final?
They're approximate prices per plant, so you have an idea of the cost. The final price depends on the size of the plant available: we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
Do you deliver?
We work with home delivery only and deliver across Panama. The delivery price is route-based and varies depending on the province and the delivery location. In Panama City it's free with a $35 minimum order; for other areas we quote it on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We confirm them on WhatsApp when we finalize the order.
Are the photos of the actual plants?
Yes, they're photos of our plants. Each plant is different: if you want to see the one you'll get, ask us for a current photo on WhatsApp.
Which plant suits me if I have low light?
Check out the indoor plants for low light (see here). The ZZ plant, snake plant and peace lily adapt to low light according to their care sheets.
Which plants bring good luck or good vibes?
It depends on the tradition: in Feng Shui the ZZ plant is associated with prosperity, in Brazil the snake plant protects the entrance, and in Latin America aloe vera is placed by the door. See the plant vibes guide.
How often should I water my plant?
It depends on the plant: each care sheet shows its watering. If you see yellow leaves with wet soil, it's overwatering. More signs in the symptoms guide (see here).
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Send us a photo of the spot on WhatsApp and tell us how much light it gets; we'll suggest plants based on their care sheets.
Do you sell several plants for a garden or a project?
Message us with the list of plants and the quantities, and we'll confirm availability.
